Positives

1.Ramen noodles taste really good and are somewhat filling.  Nice. 

2. Rediscovered Frank Hendrix via MySpace.  We used to play music together at First Baptist when I was in Jonesboro.  Good guy, good music.  Two of the songs, anyway. 

3. Going fishing with B-Let and Kerry ( the “Heart of Darkness Africa black” Linebacker) tomorrow.  Ordinarily, this would be in the “negatives” slot, but Coach Chlope wants to be on the bright side of the dark man and this fishing trip could net him some “brownie” points (no pun intended).  Seriously though, I’m looking forward to it and I can’t figure out why.  Maybe I’m turning over a new leaf.  Social Chlope. 

4. Discovered a PS2 in the players’ lounge today.  To be more accurate, I discovered two players getting in a little NCAA ‘08 (my year) before practice.  If ever there were a cake-walk to having the respect of the team it’s this.  I sent word into the locker-room that I would take on anyone and that I would beat-that-ass.  Several players acknowledged the same champion… Marcus “Big Unc” Williams.  Enter: Cholde… 

Negatives

1. Overall, I’m enjoying my time in Mayflower.  Drawbacks include…

a. Mom’s clinic- 11:00-1:00 on Saturday.

b. Pictures- 2:00 on Sunday

c. Kind of fucking up my established routine

2. I’m no QB.  I feel like a dick-sucker when I miss my reciever on the slant.  I feel like a pussy-arm when I miss him four times in a row on the deep-cross.
